We’re insurance distribution veterans from CoverWallet (acquired by Aon), Embroker, and Agentero, who spent years inside the compliance workflows before building the platform we couldn’t find anywhere else.

For carriers, MGAs, and insurance agencies, Producerflow handles producer onboarding, licensing, appointments, and compliance in one platform. We’ve processed 500,000+ licenses across all 50 states with 99% uptime.

How it started

We built Producerflow at Agentero because we couldn’t find a solution that made onboarding agencies easy, verified licenses at scale, and integrated with our systems. The few options out there were way too expensive for our company.

Our parent company, Agentero, is an agency network. There we spent years building technology for insurance carriers and independent agencies. As the network grew, our team hit the same compliance wall every carrier, MGA, and agency eventually hits: managing producer onboarding, licensing, appointments, and renewals across dozens of states, with tools that weren’t built for the job.

We searched the market for a platform that could handle multi-state producer lifecycle management without requiring a six-month implementation or a Salesforce dependency. We didn’t find one. So we built it.

What started as an internal tool became Producerflow after carrier partners saw what we’d built and asked for access.

The platform launched in March 2025 as a standalone compliance platform and now handles insurance producer management for carriers, MGAs, and agencies across all 50 states.

Compliance should be infrastructure, not overhead.

Insurance distribution is getting more complex. More states, more lines, more producers, more regulatory scrutiny. The organizations that win will treat compliance as a system that runs quietly in the background, not a fire drill that consumes operations teams.

Good compliance software shouldn’t require a six-figure budget.

Too many platforms in this space require Salesforce, charge $100K+/year to start, and take months to implement. We think carriers, MGAs, and agencies of all sizes deserve modern compliance tools. SOC 2 compliance and NIPR authorized reseller status are table stakes for us, not premium add-ons.
